The coaching process
The process varies from client to client, since the coaching will be tailored and continuously adapted to your current needs and the given situation. The process described below is quite general. Some of these elements may not be relevant to your case and the order may vary.
Generally, a minimum of 6 to 10 sessions is recommended. We will start by designing our alliance and identifying your needs and passions in life. Then we will move on to explore limiting beliefs and other factors that might currently be preventing or slowing down your progress. After this, we begin to apply visualization techniques. The next step is a further enhancement and personalization of the coaching, where you move closer to your goals. In the last part of the process, we will wrap up in the best possible way for you to continue the optimization of your life.
Hereafter, you have the option of using your personal coach as a lifelong partner for personal development.
Between the sessions you will have the opportunity to intensify your learning and development through various types of assignments - big or small - depending on your needs and preferences.
