My name is Henrik Guldberg and I am the owner of Guldberg Company. For more than 20 years, I have assisted businesses in the areas of accounting, auditing, bookkeeping, and other business administration at e.g. KPMG. I am Master of Science in Business Economics and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and University of Southern California (USC). Also, I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from CTI in London and California.

In 2009, I founded Guldberg Company who offers a broad range of services, e.g.:

Bookkeeping
Danish VAT (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually) and Payroll Tax
Annual accounts
Year-end and preparation of annual accounts etc. for the external auditor
Miscellaneous reconziliations
Danish payroll
Other administrative tasks
Attending meetings with banks and others
International reporting
